Before the moving team arrives
- Confirm pickup and delivery address, floor, lift, parking, society permission, and security entry.
- Separate valuables, documents, medicines, laptops, jewellery, cash, keys, and daily-use items.
- Prepare a room-wise goods list and mark fragile or high-value items clearly.
- Defrost refrigerator, disconnect appliances, back up computers, and remove personal items from furniture.
- For intercity relocation, confirm insurance preference, destination contact, and expected delivery timeline.
