Customers are responsible for providing accurate inventory, contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, floor details, lift availability, parking access, and society permission information. Any change in items, date, distance, access, or route can affect the final quote.
Valuables, cash, jewellery, original documents, medicines, laptops, keys, and personal essentials should be kept separately by the customer unless a specific written arrangement is made.
